How do I make a school group booking for an Auckland Theatre Company School Matinee or Ambassador Night performance?
Our four-step school-group booking process is simple and we aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate school groups:
- Email Lynne Cardy, Creative Development & Education Manager or call (09) 309 0390 ext 67 to make an initial pencil booking. Be sure to have ready and include all your school contact details, chosen performance and the number of attending students and adults.
- We will confirm your pencil booking by fax or email.
- You will need to confirm the booking with us at least three weeks prior to the show date. This is crucial as we often have schools on a waiting list that then miss out if a cancellation is made at short notice.
- Once your booking is confirmed we will send you an invoice and tickets.

Students pay $15 Teachers pay $20. There must be one adult for every fifteen students booked. One teacher's ticket is complimentary.
