Auckland Theatre Company enjoys reciprocal relationships with a range of different partners, including national funding bodies, leading New Zealand businesses and the Company’s dynamic group of patrons and supporting acts.
Our Principal Funders are Creative New Zealand and The Ratepayers of Auckland. Our Major Funders are the Lion Foundation and ASB Community Trust. The Company works in conjunction with these organisations to facilitate the expression of culture and identity and the development of strong and vibrant communities through participation and engagement in the arts.
Many of our Major Supporters, Media Partners and Supporting Partners have been with Auckland Theatre Company for over ten years - an example of a mutual commitment to developing long-term, innovative and beneficial relationships between business and the arts.
At an individual level, benefactors play a vital role in supporting the Company. Their contributions, both financially and as advocates for the Company, are invaluable. As an ATC Patron or Supporting Act, they receive regular news about the Company and invitations to attend exclusive events.
