Graeme Pinfold

Following an international career, including 28-year’s as Assurance Partner at PwC, Graeme is now PwC’s Executive Director – Risk.  During his career he has worked with clients in Australia, Asia, the Pacific and US and has been responsible for the audit of a number of large corporate entities, including Fletcher Challenge, APN, Trustpower and Westpac.  He is experienced across a wide range of sectors including private equity, media, banking and finance, property, FMCG, viticulture, industrial and energy.  In his capacity as Partner at PwC, Graeme produced resources for Board Directors and audit committees.

Graeme’s governance experience includes an appointment as Finance Advisor to the Auckland Transport Finance and Risk Committee.  He has served on and chaired; the NZICA Professional Standards Board responsible for setting professional and ethical standards for accountants, the Chartered Accountants – Australia and New Zealand Trans Tasman Audit Advisory Committee, and on the Kings School Foundation Board of Management.

A long-time subscriber to ATC, Graeme and his wife are keen theatre goers and travellers.
