Auckland Theatre Company is seeking a dedicated Company Secretary & Governance Officer to join our organisation on a part-time, permanent basis. Based in our ATC head office in Mount Eden, Auckland, this role is fundamental to ensuring the company operates effectively and maintains the highest standards of governance and compliance. As Company Secretary & Governance Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Directors, Trustees and executive team through managing company records, ensuring statutory compliance, and facilitating effective corporate governance. This position sits at the heart of our administrative and governance functions, directly contributing to the organisation's strategic success and operational integrity.
