Take a Seat Terms and Conditions

1. Auckland Theatre Company will choose the best available seat at time of processing the donation for you.  

2. Auckland Theatre Company cannot guarantee a named seat will be available for any ticket bookings. 

3. The name plaque will be displayed on the back panel of the seat for ten years. Auckland Theare Company has the right to re-sell the seat after ten years.  

4. If seats are replaced or the plaques damaged, every effort will be made to replace the plaques as soon as possible. 

5. After ten years every effort will be made to re-install the plaques at a permanent location elsewhere within the theatre. 

6. Auckland Theatre Company will hold final approval rights over message content. 

7. The Waterfront Theatre Trust is a registered charitable entity (Registration no. CC48094). 

8. All donations made to the Waterfront Theatre Trust are fully receipted for tax rebate purposes upon request. Individual donors are entitled to a one-third tax rebate on charitable donations up to their annual net income.
