Ticket Exchanges

Fill in the form below to request a transfer of your ticket(s) to any other performance within the same show season.

Transfer requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to the performance for which the tickets are booked.

Transfers are free for Auckland Theatre Company subscribers (but payment may be required depending on the details of the transfer. Moving performances may incur an exchange fee, change in ticket price and/or a 2.5% credit card surcharge – please see the subscription terms and conditions).

The 30&Under price for Cabaret is now sold out. Exchanges for this price type will be changed to Concessions in which the price adjustment is on top of the transfer fee.

If you have purchased Cabaret tickets via Ticketmaster, your request to exchange must go through Ticketmaster. You can contact them on 0800 111 999.

When would you like to attend the show?

Moving performances may incur a change in ticket price and an exchange fee for non-subscribers. We will endeavour to book your new tickets as close as possible to your current seat selection. If that is not possible, we will book the best seats available, starting with the price reserve into which you are currently booked. If this exchange incurs any costs we will contact you on the number supplied above to take payment. Exchanges are not confirmed until payment is made if there is a charge:
